Whats the ratio of soap to water for shabbos soap?

I want to mix water with my regular dish soap to use on yom tov. what would be the ratio?

some say all liquid soap is permitted. others say just a smidge of soap and fill up the container with water.

I was gonna say that I never heard of Shabbos soap. I thought all liquid soap was 'Shabbos soap'
