We stopped by your sukka chol hamo'ed. Our men were hungry and the little food we had with us was insufficient. You were so gracious and friendly, telling us to take food and feed our kids...

thank you! | Wow! An observant family in Kingston! My Uncle and his family lived there for many, many years but... there were no observant families in their day.

Tamiri, the women there said that there are many non-frum Jews there. One older man regaled us with his memories of the 70's when there were many frum families, he said about 300. Now, he said, there were 3-4. Many families who became more observant moved away in order to be closer to a frum community.
