I don't really like asking for this.
There are more important things and people to be davening for.
I have a son with some special needs who does not have a school right
now. I really don't want to send him to public school
please daven that my son gets into a school.
thanks

well it is now June and my son was home the whole year.
I don't know whats going to be for the coming year.
I don't have money to send him to a self contained class which
is probably what he needs.
please continue to have my son in mind
and myself as well as I can't go on anymore.
thanks

I am currently looking at the same situation, possibly, for my son this coming year.
I am exploring the possibility of homeschooling him. It's totally not my type to do that, but I can't have him in a yeshiva where they won't have patience for his issues.
Did you homeschool your son? How did you keep him busy?

The situation with our son is still up in the air as well.
If you feel comfortable, PM me with your son's tehillim name and I will tell you my son's tehillim name. We can daven for each other and perhaps even exchange info that may be of help to each other.

You did not post his name but I just said tehillim for him. may HKBH have rachmanus on you and find a yeshiva for him where he can 'shteig' and grow in torah and all subjects, friendships etc. and bring you and HKBH much nachas. Last summer my son had no school I have visions of myself standing next to the public school photographing him and sending it to the principals who would not give this little boy a chance. BH at the very last minute, 2 days before yeshiva started one school said yes and this changed his life. I send you hugs and strength. if you are in ny and social skills are the issue, I know of an excellent social skills therapist. Let me know if you need this.

OP here
so we had the interview and he probably will be accepted
but I have no way of paying the tuition
I can barely pay my other kids tuition and bills.
they want what I am paying for 3 kids for 1 year
for 1 kid. my Dh is going through a very hard time now
he is very depressed we don't have enough money.
we are getting a lawyer to help us get money from the BOE to
pay for my sons schooling. Please daven that he should be the right
shaliach and we should get money. thanks

What is your son's name?
This way I can include him in my Tehillim too.

Different amother here.
My son is in the same situation and based on info you have provided in the past, I suspect we are looking at the same school for our sons. I also don't know how we will pay for it, I wish you hatzlacha & please let us know how it turns out. Maybe we can benefit as well.

If you live in NY, I know two frum woman advocates who are excellent at making headway with the board of ed. pm me for their numbers, if you wish.
Also, do you have a rabbi/rebbetzin/community askan who can help you with the negotiations?

I've been in a similar situation.
davening for you and your son, may Hashem send you the people you need to educate and guide your child.
