Anyone knows of an exact recipe for Chinese Soup?
We had it in a restaurant and to my suprise my kids liked it.
It had Chicken, Lokshen, Chinese Leaves and Bean Sprout in it.
Anyone knows of such a soup?

I made something similar last week.

I used Imagine vegetable broth for my base.
then added scallions, sliced mushrooms, sliced carrots, cubed tofu, some soy sauce, garlic (sliced in a cheesecloth so I could remove it later) and sliced bok choy. boil, simmer for a while, then add ramen noodles (without the spice pack), simmer three min then serve.
it went over really well here.

short on time cookbook has hot n sour soup, very good. similar to what you are asking for
