I was just in a car service with a women driving. She was skinny and had a ponytail and side bangs. The license displayed on the back of her seat clearly showed a broad, bald man. I took down the info on the license, but what should I do with it?

Yeah, but the name on the license was Joan, which as far as I know is only a woman's name. The picture was of a man though. B"H, she didn't kidnap us.

perhaps "joan" used to be a larger, heavier man.
why cause trouble where there is none?

"Joan" is Portuguese for "Juan" or "John". You should have told the driver that she forgot to insert her credential in the holder in place of the previous driver's. Some drivers own their vehicles, and can leave their cards in place all the time, but those who drive pool vehicles have to put their cards in and take them out at the end of the shift. It's quite possible that the young lady doesn't often drive customers but was told to take Joan's car and answer your call because Joan was indisposed or s/t.

I'd be much more concerned if the license showed a petite young woman and a great grizzly bear of a man was driving.

My immediate thought?
Gender change.
Simple as that.
If you are worried you could call the company and ask them.

I would call the company first. it could be an innocent mistake in which she switched cars with another driver or forgot to switch licenses.
If that's not the answer, I'd report them to the proper authority, which isn't the police. Usually there's a number to call for the relevant commission on the area.

It's hard enough to go from man to woman, but to go from broad to skinny? I don't think surgery or even hormones can make a person more narrow.

I take a certain car service daily, and know most of the drivers. A lot of times, especially in the beginning of their shift, I see different driver's card on the back of the seat panel. It usually means they forgot to exchange cards, nothing to be scared about.

It was not the same person. They looked nothing alike.
I called the company and they said she was probably using someone else's car and they'll take care of it. I don't think there's anything to take care of, so I'll leave it at that.
