Any recommendations? I need something light weight with good support to give me that extra bounce. Not too expensive.

Go to Modell's or Jack Rabbit and try them out. You need cross trainers, not running shoes. Running shoes will only pad your front to back motion, and shoes for aerobics require padding for front to back AND side to side motion.
