I never had to memorize the order of parshiyot and am having a tough time remembering.
Surely there is a song or trick or some method that helps kids memorize them. Right?

There's a Kivi and Tuki (Country Yossi) song that I still remember from when I was a kid. Now I have the CD for DD.

Rebbe Alter has one on his Hebrew tape/ CD - probably on the English one too. It's a great song.

IIRC my niece learned them to the tune of Yankee Doodle, with the occasional "and" inserted to make it fit, as in "shmot-vaera-bo-beshallach-and behaalotecha"

I'm 90% sure it's on Rebbe Alter's disk/tape called 'Miboker ad Arev'. If not it's on Maagal Hashana. You can buy it in any shop which sells chassidish music, like Gal Paz. AFAIR his music is available in Hebrew, English, or Yiddish (don't know what the title is in English). The rest of the songs are very cute too.

My son is in Primary in Lakewood- he knows all the Parshios and Nach etc. They do it with a song everyday. I'm totally shocked at how much he knows. There must be a known song out there...

singing songs is the way to remember
I think 613 torah avenue has a parsha song ... or definitely helps with all the songs to remember which parsha comes in what order ...

I like the Country Yossi song, but have also heard the parshiyot done to the tune of "The Lion Sleeps Tonight."
Truth is, you can choose any tune you want. The trick is in singing it enough to learn it.

My kids memorized to the tune of "one little, two little, three little Indians..." (ok admittedly the original lyric is probably not politically correct).
Another one that works partially for the latter part of Vayikra is "acharei mot kedoshim, emor behar chukotai" (after the death of the righteous, proclaim on the mountain my statutes).

Yeah, it would be a snap compared to that periodic table song...
