I'm looking for a tablet that has an ez to use keyboard or works with an attached keyboard, is handy to cary around all day & has cellular data. bonus if it works with windows. Thanks!!

you are better off going into a store which sells tablets and ask their advice. Or amazon reviews are always helpful!
I've only used ipads or android tablets so I can't tell you about windows ones.

Ipads are the most popular tablets for a reason. The quality of how they're made, and their unparalleled app store are great. That said, if you need Windows compatibility, you should go into Best Buy and look at the choices and see what works best for you.
