I made last night without any fillers, it was just fine.
I did it differently though than I usually do, I added some chopped mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper. Sometimes I put BBQ sauce as well. If you refrigerate it after mixing it well, it helps firm it up a bit.
I grilled in my grill pan on medium for about 6 minutes a side.
Delicious with caramelized onion slices, lettuce, and tomato slices.

I recently shaped chopped meat into burgers (no additions to the meat) and fried them. They were really yummy! Frying gives a much better taste to the burgers than broiling.

I know this an old post...but what brand of wortishire sauce doesnt have fish in it...I'd love to find one but they all seem to contain anchovies
