1 TBS oil
1 pound ground beef
1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 14 oz can red kidney beans drained
2TBS white vinegar
2 TBS chili powder
2 TBS dried minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1 lbs. box spaghetti prepared accoding to box
Heat oil in large skillet. Add meat and brown. add tomato sauce, kidney beans, white vinegar, chili powder, minced onion, and salt. Mix well to combine Bring to a boil; lower heat to simmer.
Cook for 45 min. (I covered mine because I didnt want it too dry)
Serve over warm spaghetti or rice or in taco shell.
Serves 6
I made it and it was very good.
