I accidentally left out some pizza dough overnight. Do you think it will be OK to use?

It will definitely be safe to eat and will probably taste okay, if a bit yeasty.
It may have overrisen and not rise again, so worst case, you'll have flat pizzas. But I like flat pizzas so I can't be too sympathetic.

If it smells fine and doesn't have any mold on it it's fine to use, particularly if it was left out during winter. Many doughs rise all night outside of the fridge anyway. Just examine it first. Remember, it will bake at high temperature.
