Someone told me that she had seen a recipe in Mishpacha for "chicken matzo balls"
(matzo balls made with chicken, which they put in the soup like real matzo balls).
Does anyone have that recipe, or any other recipes for chicken meat balls or chicken matzo balls?
To give you some background: my son NEVER eats any chicken or meat (although we offer it to him). He only eats very specific foods. one of his favorite foods is matzo ball soup, and someone recommended to us that we could try the chicken matzo balls. We are hoping that maybe he'll eat the chicken if it looks and feels and tastes like matzo balls.
So if any of you have recipes for this, or if you know of any stores that sell chicken matzo balls, please inform me!
Thank you in advance for your help!

The recipe is from a low fat/low carb cookbook.
Enlightened onions are the authors form of low fat sauteed onions.
Just do your own thing for the sauteed onions.
I processed all the ingredients in the food processor besides for the chicken (I keep my processor parve), then added the chicken and mixed until very well combined. I also added salt and pepper.
Good luck.
