Anyone know of a good tv show that has the full episodes on youtube?
I have seen the Cosby show and the nanny and am looking for a family style..bit of romance and not too dorky (like everyone loves Raymond)

King of queens is totally not my style. He is such an idiot.
im looking for an enjoyable family show.. a bit of romance, comedy etc. But not where someone is acting like a dork.

You're more likely to find full shows legally on hulu -- you don't want to start a show, only to have it be taken down for copyright infringement just when you're hooked. 
Leverage is fun heist show. "The rich and powerful take what they want. We steal it back for you.... sometimes bad guys make the best good guys." It's basically a modern day Robin Hood story. TONS of great humor, action and character development. It's currently free on hulu, but I think it'll go back to being a hulu plus exclusive soon...
Psych is also lots of fun, lots of silliness.
If you like older shows, hulu has the d!ck Van Dyke Show, the Mary Tyler Moore Show, I Love Lucy, Dennis the Menace...
