Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with foil and set aside.
Place cauliflower, olive oil, and garlic in large Ziploc baggie.

Looks really good. I love anything with cornmeal and I'm getting kind of tired of the cauliflower popcorn from KBD.
Thx!

I agree I need something new. Is this enough salt? Does it taste good reheated (like on Shabbos)

Honestly, I made it for the first time tonight. I like very flavourful cauliflower so I used garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper instead of the fresh garlic- I put cauliflower in a ziplock bag, added the spices and shook. Then I added 3 tbsp oil (which was a bit too much) and shook. Then the cornmeal. Then poured out onto a baking sheet that I had covered with baking paper.

I am bli neder never again taking the time to coat my cauliflower in egg and matzah meal. This was so much simpler and just as yummy! If not better actually.

Do you think I could do this with bread crumbs instead of cornmeal? Or I have cornstarch or flour?

Just got up from the computer to make it. I used frozen cauliflower. I hope it will work.

Just tried it - Saw it after Shabbat so made it (and ate it all - It was delicious)

This is how I did it

1 head cauliflower, chopped - I used frozen (that's what I have)
2-3 tbsp olive oil - I used regular canola (I Hate olive oil)
2 cloves garlic, minced - I used garlic powder granules (I never use garlic cloves)
1/4 cup cornmeal - Used bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt
pepper, to taste - no pepper - whenever I use pepper I end up with too much

Also, I didn't have a ziploc bag so just used the bag the frozen vegetables came in

Thanks for such a great recipe Thumbs Up
