google produced a chabad house in Chapel Hill, and North Raleigh, which are near Durham. If you phone or email the Chabad, they might know more and have contacts for you.

I believe that there is a very small frum community in Raleigh.

Charlotte also has an Orthodox community.

There is a Chabad of Durham/Chapel Hill that serves that community, but they are located in Chapel Hill, about 20 minutes away. Raleigh has a somewhat larger community with a daily minyan and small school about 35 minutes away. There are no eruvim or restaurants. There is/was an orthodox minyan near Duke and the hospital at Congregation Beth El (a Conservative syn). I used to live there and have visited many chashuv people staying at Duke. May you have a refuah shlemah b'karov!
