A friend of mine gave me a freezer full of chicken bottoms.
I have made chicken soup with some but I need ideas what to do with the rest. My kids will not touch chicken on the bone so I have boiled it and made stir fry but we are getting bored of it. Any other ideas as to what to make with them?
TIA

You can debone the thighs and make pargiyot. It's not that hard. Then take all the bones and make broth. Keep the broth in the freezer to make quick soups, etc.

Cornflake chicken:

Skin the chicken. Dip bottoms in mayo or mustard. Then dip generously in crushed cornflakes or cornflake crumbs. Optional: add some spices.
Put chicken in greased pan & bake in hot 400F oven for 45 min - 1 hour (depending how well done you like it).

You can cut up and serve with ketchup or bbq sauce, if your kids won't try it while the chicken is on the bone.

Skinless boneless chicken thighs. Like chicken cutlets, but made from the thighs instead of the breast.
Some of my kids like it better, because it's more moist, but those that don't, hate it. They say it tastes fatty.

This. Make dark chicken cutlets/baby chicken.

Then make schwarma, basil chicken pasta, crispy garlic chicken, chicken kebabs, chicken roll ups, etc.

Or grind the boneless chicken and make deliciously moist meatballs, patties, etc.

Or debone, leave skin, and make capons to stuff.
