other than a scoop of ice cream?
I'm serving a brownie - maybe blondie and brownie on a plate - but I feel like I need something to dress it up a bit - any ideas?

Just a few ideas:

-Top with whipped cream and strawberries, or a similar fruit

-Heat up some hot fudge and serve it in a little cup on the side for guests to pour on, and another cup with sprinkles/nuts

-If you are serving both briwnies and blondies, then just serving them symmetrical will be visually pleasing. Definitely warm them up.

That being said, personally I would prefer ice cream over all. Mmm, getting hungry:)

Cut in diamonds rather than plain squares. Drizzle the brownies with white glaze and the blondies with chocolate.

a neighbor of mine drizzles chocolate syrup on the plate. then she stacks two triangular pieces of brownies (not directly one on the other but at angles) and tops with a bit of whipped cream and two, oh what are they called, those rolled wafer things, presidor wafers I think they are.

edited for really bad typos

Is wafer rolls the word you were looking for?
