Ok. Maybe it wasn't a HIPPA violation, but withholding a get can cause desperate measures to be considered such as forking over a six figure sum.
If she had been your patient when she had their child and you suspected domestic abuse, would that change your opinion? Obviously I was not involved in her care, I'm just wondering.
