We would like to visit Strasbourg the week after next. We need:
- a place to stay, preferably in the Jewish area (where is the Jewish area?), even more preferably a Jewish hotel/B&B/apartment or suite (We're two adults and four kids.)
- a Shacharis minyan at around 8:00 during the week - is that too much to ask for? How about a 7:30 minyan?
- we want to hit the kosher restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and butchers. Where are there a few of those close to each other?
- If we eat Kedassia in London and Rav Rottenberg in Paris, which hechsher would we use in Strasbourg?
Thanks for any and every piece of information and advice!

Did you go? Planning to be in Strasbourg in July, no family there, so I need to know what neighborhood to stay in, where to eat, buy food.

Yes, we went and we had a lovely time.
We stayed at the Hotel Lutetia, which turned out to be right in the heart of the Jewish neighborhood and was a fairly comfortable place to stay. There were shuls, shops and groceries right down the block or nearby.
I don't remember the names of the places where we ate, but you can google "kosher restaurants in Strasbourg" and find a few places. We shopped for groceries at Buchinger, IIRC, as well as some other place near the hotel. You can google "kosher groceries" and shuls also.
We found out that there is only one hechsher in Strasbourg and it's reliable.

Thank you! Were you there on Shabbos? Did the hotel have keys? An in-room refrigerator? Press the elevator for you? Were any restaurants open for pre-paid Shabbos meals? I am very grateful for this information.

We weren't there on Shabbos, so no idea about Shabbos meals. The rooms had keys, IIRC, and it's only 3-4 storeys high so you wouldn't need to use the elevator. No refrigerator in our rooms; maybe one is available on request.
