Seeking summer camp in Flatbush for girls going into 1st grade. I'm looking for something different. (Also she gets enough junk food at school. :/
Are there any frum camps where she could really learn a skill? Or do you have any other suggestions? Unfortunately, keeping her busy at home isn't an option. (Something to resolve the junk food issue is just a bonus. I'm just looking for a nice, enriching program for her.)

If you mean Brooklyn.
I worked in many Brooklyn day camps and the safest one was Bais Yaakov of BP. They have busing from Flatbush. I liked that they really enforce health and safety (drinking often, sunscreen, not allowing allergic foods, providing a healthy lunch and not just bread and cheese.)

Ectomorph, thank you so much! How recent is this info? good to know.
I'm looking for something different though, like something smaller with some kind of theme... art, music, etc...
