I am making Bar Mitzvah for my son.
I don't know what to put as a little souvenir at each persons
place,what is not expensive.

We like ordering little gifts from Oriental Trading to use in goody bags. Since we live in Israel we can usually find a relative coming for the simcha who will bring it.

People often give at simchas these little picture frames with a message inside to the effect of thanks for coming and sharing in our simcha. Then the guests can use them as they see fit.

Are you referring to a gift for the bar mitzvah boy's classmates or for the adult guests?
If it's for the boys, people often give a small mirror that can hang off the tefilin bag so the boys can check if their tefilin are positioned correctly or a siddur that easily fits into the tefilin bag. Kippas are a common gift, as are items that would be useful or decorative in a boy's bedroom or school locker.
I haven't really seen gifts for adult guests other than benchers.
