I know the filling can be frozen but can the wonton wrappers be frozen?

I've heard people do it ... but I've tried it without success ... so I wouldn't recommend it

I just take whatever is left & cut them into strips for fried noodles
once they're open - not so long ... within the week ...
also just to reiterate - for me the issue was that once I needed to defrost them - they all stuck together and/or cracked ... so there went my eggrolls

I have filled and fried wonton wrappers and then frozen them. I reheat them in the oven and they come out nice and crisp.
