Green fire - I stayed there once for a conference - it's not kosher - if ure kosher they'll give u some zomicks rolls w margarine and gross cookies, the place hasn't been redecorated in thirty years including their TVs.... I don't recommend at all...

Ora v'simcha in monsey has weekend retreats. We went recently and it was beyond wonderful. They had speakers throughout shabbos, mostly related to shalom bayis/chinuch related issues. Babysitting too (but we went without our kids).
