morning star makes great garden veggie burgers. Serve it on a bun with french fries and you have a simple meal to go with your terrific soup!

Do you have time to make baked falafel balls from canned chickpeas? I just drained, mashed, and spiced canned chickpeas and formed falafel balls in all of 9 minutes. They are baking in the oven now.
Frittata, quiche, egg and avocado salad, french omelette, omelette roulade.
Lentil sloppy joes. Black bean burgers.

the only pareve idea I had was falafel balls ... not sure if you can just buy them frozen & bake them
otherwise just add some hardy veggies to the soup & call it a night

No recipe needed. Morningstar is a brand of veggie bugers in the frozen food aisle. its circle K dairy. They happen to be delicious!

Does your family like curry? I love to make mixed vegetable curries using vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, string beans, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, celery, eggplant, etc. and chickpeas or red lentils.
Speaking of spicy: Have you ever made shakshuka? That's quick and easy.
