I have a ton of chopped celery (long story...) - what can I do with it?

Delicious refreshing salad:

2 green delicious apples- cubed
2 stalks celery- cubed
chopped walnuts- optional

I add celery to many vegetable soups.

Boro Parker, is there a dressing that goes with the salad? Sounds good.

when I first saw the recipe it actually said to add mayonaise, but I don't. For me, the juice from the can pineapple serves as the dressing.

add it to vegetable soup.

add it stew.

or freeze it to add to soup or stew (or any other recipe where it gets cooked) at a later date.

The Waldorf salad- it's my favorite! The taste, the crunch.. I sometimes add pomegranate, lemon juice and/or vanilla yogurt. Off to making one now!

celery is also used in kishke.

do a search on here for kishke recipe.
I use it in my dill dip
celery soup
celery salad
put it in egg salad or tuna

You can definitely freeze it in bags and then use it in different recipes. Yummy in soup lecho etc.

You can freeze it for later use in stews/soups/cooked foods. It won't be crunchy anymore, but the flavor will be good.
