New York, NY - New York City police are asking the public to help identify a man who is being treated at a Queens hospital.
They say the patient was brought by paramedics to Jamaica Hospital around 5:45 p.m. on March 1 without any identification on him.
According to WCBS-TV (http://cbsloc.al/1iuJVKf ), police say he’s non-communicative but in good physical condition.
Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
Perhaps someone computer savvy can place picture in post.

From what I read, the doctors do not know. He has not been able to speak or write since admitted on March 1st.

Possibly a neurological issue and he is unable to communicate (or possibly unable to understand language).
