DD was invited to interview for a place in Queens Honors. What questions might they ask, and what are they looking for in the interview?
Also, if she's accepted, will it be possible to defer for a year while she's in Israel?

My sister deferred in the last 5 years, check with them to ensure this has not changed, because I believe 7- 10 years ago you could not. Your daughter should talk to others who are in the program to see what they are looking for.

I have three QC girls who sit for me. All are in the honors program and they all went to Israel for the year first. So this is all within the last 3-4 years. Ask, but I doub they'd change that given how many frum Jews attend.
