I'm looking for some ideas for a really meaningful, inspirational quote to put as part of a gift/ book presentation for my friend's daughter for her bat mitzvah - it won't be a big party/event but I want it to really say something about what it means to grow up as a jewish woman, and I can't think of anything!
Anyone got a good tenach quote, or something that will be special for a simple, yeshivish anglo-israeli girl, whose English is ok but doesn't know any literary or cultural references as she lives in Israel and isn't interested in reading English books at the moment. It needs to be in English, as the book is in English and I can't even put Hebrew lettering in it, as it's published online.
Anyone help me?!?
TIA
