There's someone who occasionally advertises that he does Martial arts lessons (not sure if it's Karate, though, it could be some other martial art) in your home. I *think* a friend of mine mentioned that she called him and organized a group and she was happy. I see the ad in the BP occasionally. I'll keep an eye and post it next time I see it.
