bruised mark- how to make it go away

my daughter has some sort of small bruised mark on her thigh, and it doesnt seem to go away. any idea what I can do to make it go away?? its just getting me very nervous!

Give her arnica pellets, and massage some Traumeel into the bruise. It should go away really fast. You can get both of them from your local health food store, or order on Amazon.

If she gets a small cut and you notice that it seems to be bleeding more than normal, definitely take her to the doctor for some tests to make sure she doesn't have a clotting disorder.

how did she get it ? does she keep on getting bruises in the same place ? some people are just more susceptible to bruises - but you want to make sure nobody is hurting her ...

I used to always get bruises on my thigh. Couldn't always figure out why.

I also get bruises on my thigh occasionally, no clue y it happens.

as to the one who asked why shes getting them, and to make sure she doesnt get hurt. - she doesnt keep getting them, its only 1 that she has now b"h.
