Does anyone know if it's Kosher? The label says gelatin and Halal. The Frum Health food stores sell them and when I asked them if it's kosher they said that they don't take Kashrus responsibility on any of their products but many people buy it.
Does anyone have any information for me?

halal is kosher for muslims

but not vice versa ...

gelatin sounds problematic unless it's fish gelatin or you have a heter to take said fish oil for illness - I wouldn't think to use it
