I need to discuss tuition issues with the administrator but I'm just too overwhelmed to make an appointment and I tend to get flustered when talking about finances in person to someone in power. I would like to email him instead initially so I can organize my thoughts and speak calmly and articulately. does anyone have his direct email?

I don't have it but I just emailed the front office to ask for it. There probably isn't anyone there now, though, so I don't expect a response until tomorrow.

Also you might want to write/type ahead of time what you want to say, in case you have to speak to him in person eventually anyway, you'll be somewhat prepared.
I know exactly what you mean, I also sound, er, rather "filibusterish" when talking to someone important. I do much better with the written word.
