My baby is 3 weeks old. I am strictly breastfeeding feeding. He spits up after a burp and he vomits a bit after a full feeding. The dr said it's perfectly normal as long as his diapers are wet and dirty. All is BH well. This morning, after giving him a normal feeding he was chilling in my arms when all of a sudden he vomited all his food. The my issue is that the milk he vomited was bright yellow! Haven't seen that color. And it was a lot of it. Anyone have any suggestions as to what that can be?

Call the dr ASAP, but it could be mucus.

Sounds like bile. Call your doc. Your baby may need reflux meds.
