Did anyone ever deal with this?
I made aliyah without my husband; he is here on a student visa, and I am Israeli.
Officially me and my son have bituach leumi already, but now my husband is getting on, and we want to pay a family price; not as two separate families.
Any info I found on applying for BTL (newcomers guise and others like this) are only dealing with straight tourists. The applications look like theyre only for tourists.

Any info would be GREATLY appriciated.
