I have a bombed Choc cake, and Ive seen KLP Rumball recipes using "bombed cake", but no KLP rum or rum extract seems to be available. I checked in BP, no supermarkets have rum extract, and the liquor store doesnt have KLP rum liquor.

Any ideas for bombed chocolate cake?

you can use almond extract instead. even vanilla extract.
