Please share! I improvised a non-pesach one and it was horrible.
Thanks!

We do two. One, just lemon juice and salt, and the other, a Russian dressing; mayo and klp ketchup (the only thing that stuff is good for, imo) -- we use about twice as much mayo as ketchup for this dressing, and garlic powder to taste.

A bit of oil, a lot of balsamic vinegar, salt, garlic powder, basil/thyme/whatever herbs you have. You can also make it a little sweeter by adding a bit of strawberry jelly if you use it, or even a squeeze of OJ.

Just lemon juice with a bit of sugar. It's good with salads that have fruit in it , like mango, etc.

You can also make regular dressings - of course it depends what peach ingredients you use.

Ketchup, brown sugar and red wine vinegar.

vinegar, sugar and oil.

2 TB balsamic vinegar
2 TB pesach mustard
2 TB lemon juice
1/2 cup oil (personally I use 1/4 and add water)
2 TB lite mayo
a few cloves fresh crushed garlic
pepper and salt to taste...

VOILA!

Creamy italian vinaigrette

Lots of fresh lemon juice, some olive oil, salt and pepper. If it doesn't have enough oomph it usually needs more salt. When it's done right it's delish!
