The daughter of a friend from EY has to be in Chicago for a few days for work, this is in a few weeks, she will be staying in the business district and wants to know if there is anywhere "downtown" in the area where she can get kosher food in the evening, meaning a warm kosher meal.

Downtown Chicago and kosher dining don't go well together. Milt's is not downtown but not too far; they may deliver, I'm not sure.

Milts is excellent and probably a 15 minute cab ride from downtown Chicago. They also might deliver I don't know the parameters.

For Milts, reservations are strongly recommended and the place is quite small and fills up fast.

Milt's will NOT deliver downtown. If she's up to going out by herself - Milt's is only 5 miles away. Easy to get a cab from the city - don't know if it's easy to get a cab back, though.
The only place that will deliver downtown is MetroKlub (unless There are Skokie places that will charge an exorbitant fee).
