I bought a second hand bugaboo and the handle is shaky- it moves a little. Is that normal? Also, the brake is hard to unlock?

both normal on mine which was bought new.
handle moves about an inch when I bought it I stopped some stranger in the street to see if hers did that too.
the break you can't really unlock with one hand need to push in with one hand and move it back with the other.

Yes, the handle moving is normal and extremely annoying. Takes away from the function and stability in a big way, IMO. Not sure what you mean about the brake though? Does it get stuck?

I was told by the store that the handle is a feature by design and absorbs impact. Like when you go over the curb or another bump only the handle shakes and the rest of the stroller stays steady.
I confirmed with many others and all the cameleons come this way.
