can four year olds use regular toothepaste? I feel like the kid ones dont do anything. my childs teeth are turning brownish /. which would u reccomend for kids?

the kids toothpaste should be fine & quite often they don't like the minty taste of regular toothpaste ... perhaps the kid is not really brushing properly [unless he's drinking coffee with breakfast - they should not be browning]
sounds like he needs a dentist -
also you can brush teeth with baking soda - it will whiten and scrub

See a dentist... Kids need regular cleanings, just like adults. Are you doing the brushing, or is he? Four year olds need an adult to do a thorough job even if they like to do it independently.
