Sons hair is thinning significantly. Did bloodwork and found nothing wrong. Got shampoo and hair serum that was supposed to help from a hair dresser but it doesnt seem to be helping at all. Has anyone experienced this or would have any suggestions?

It's probably genetic and there isn't much you can do. My husband's good friend started losing his hair in high school and now, in his mid-20s, has no hair on top, just on the sides all around. He did recently get engaged, as do most guys no matter what is (or isn't) on their head. If you're really concerned, take him to the sheital macher for a good hairpiece.

keep massaging the scalp ... but probably not much to do as was pointed out - you can't change something genetic
