Does anyone know of a brand of kosher caramels? I'd like to make a recipe that calls for them, but don't recall seeing then in the market.

Have yet to see any kosher ones (I've looked out for them in the past...). If you want to make some yourself, Overtime Cook has a great recipe http://overtimecook.com/2012/0.....mels/
Though I'm not sure you'd want to make caramels so you can use them in another recipe
good luck!
