There was a recipe in ami's whisk recently with a pretty good recipe for a crispy super if rice, chicken, and sweet potatoes. If you want, maybe I'll post it later. (The rice was out if this world, the chicken tasted like plain old chicken) but I'll bet making it again, perhaps modifying it this time so the chicken will have more flavor.
