Unfortunately, my income has been much reduced and I can no longer afford cleaning help. I feel bad letting her go just after Pesach, but while I managed to pull through paying her until now, I just can't justify the expense any more. She comes to me once a week, though before Pesach she missed a few times (I have reason to suspect she went to someone else instead). Aside from all else, she is not that great. What is a nice way to tell her not to come back? She is coming today for the last time. '
I live in Israel.
Thanks

Maybe you can find someone else who can use her? People are always looking for good help!! I wish you lived in Brooklyn I need a cleaning woman desperately!

I would say that unfortunately with your current expenses you won't be able to use her again right now, but if things get better financially for you you would call her again. Tell her that you sincerely appreciated her hard work and that you'd be happy to give her references if she needs .
