there are so many commercials that all say how effective it is and its guaranteed to work or your money back, etc. but not one commercial or ad says that its safe to use. what is it that makes the hair grow back thinner and less? anyone know if its a safe product to use?

I've read lots of real life reviews on this, and none of them have been very good. The device is expensive, and the hair grows back just as fast as if you'd waxed. It is FAR from permanent.
The best way, IMHO, is still laser, or better yet, electrolysis. Both hurt, but the results are much longer lasting for your money.
