I just made this for my family (well, I pareve'd it by leaving out the cheese and using almond milk) and they liked it!
Every few months (okay, maybe 2x a year) I try a quiche - they seem so easy, cheap, versatile, and freezable. My children have never eaten them. (There goes cheap, and who's going to eat the freezer assets when they didn't like the original?)

I thought I a tad too bland, I will add some mushrooms next time to replace the cheese zing.

usually soup and salad. Tonight was waaaay too hot here for soup; I find that in the heat, we don't eat so much anyway, so we just stuck with a large bagged salad with ranch dressing. My kids are not big bread people, but I know that it's often served with rolls or interesting breads. Or not so interesting, if that's what you've got!
