Sure!!

apple filled chicken cutlets
8 cutlets (I used dark meat) thinly sliced into 3 pieces (do it while still a little frozen)
3 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
3 TBSP honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 TBSP brown sugar
2 TBSP oil
Small red onion, finely diced

Sauce
3 TBSP canola or olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp paprika
2 TBSP soy sauce
2 TBSP date honey
2 TBSP tomato purée
Salt

Preheat oven to 400
Combine filling. Arrange chicken around the edges of disposable large muffin tins. Use more than one strip if necessary. Fill center with 2-3 TBSP of filling. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 20 mins.

sweet soy chicken
3 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger
1 1/2lb dark cutlets

Combine marinade. Add chicken, marinate 30 mins.

Preheat to 400, line baking sheet with parchment paper
Arrange chicken on lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 10 mins. Flip over, bake another 10 mins.

Thanks!

2-3 Tbsp olive oil
1 bunch asparagus
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and asparagus spears; cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until asparagus is tender.

grilled vegetable blossoms
2 acorn squash, cut in 1/4" slices (4-5 per squash depending on size)
2 red onions, sliced in rings
24 baby Bella's
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1 TBSP brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt
Pepper

Combine marinade ingredients. Toss with vegetables. Set aside.

Preheat to 450, line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roast vegetables 10 minutes. Flip, roast another 5 minutes.

To serve, place squash on plate. Put 2-3 mushrooms in the center. Top with onions.

7 ingredient 1 pot chicken
4 chicken bottoms
1lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
8-10 cloves garlic
20oz duck sauce
Montreal steak seasoning
2 TBSP herbs (I just use Italian seasoning)
12oz broccoli or cauliflower or combination

Preheat to 375
Place chicken, potatoes, and garlic in 9x13 pan. Pour on duck sauce. Sprinkle seasoning and herbs. Bake uncovered 1 hr 45 mins. Remove from oven, pour sauce in top, add broccoli/cauliflower, bake for an additional 15 mins. Pour sauce on top of vegetables, chicken, and potatoes. Serve warm.
