I did not buy the cookbook Dairy Made Easy cuz I'm pretty loaded with recipes but when I skimmed in Eichler's there was a cheesecake that they called "180 calories" and they wrote diff ways to cut down the calories further. Anyone have the recipe and can post?

2(6 oz.) greek yogurts
1/2 C. sugar or sugar substitute
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 T. cornstarch
I graham cracker pie crust
Blend ingredients pour into crust. Bake 30 min or until turn golden on top. Will continue to set as it cools. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.

Wow- a cheesecake recipe that doesn't fill more than one piecrust?

Anyone ever substituted the Greek yoghurt? (Or know of a similar yoghurt in Israel)?

I was good with the recipe but other family members felt it had distinct flavor especially they said the more it sat in the fridge- I used sugarless sugar substitute. Also recipe called for plain but said feel free to try flavored greek yogurts..
