I have to change 100's of older checks to a different account, is there an easy way to do all of them together or do I need to do each separately
I'm desperate as it is hours of work!!!

this might be helpful.

another suggestion: change the name of the original account in your chart of accounts to the same name of the account you want to move the transactions to. QB will then ask you if you would like to merge the accounts. If you want to switch all of the transactions in the original account this will do the trick.

Thanks so much!! the link I saw as well but it says which things you can change and it doesn't include checks. I'm trying out the second idee
