I would love to see "Baking Made Easy" (Quick cakes, cookies, etc...which require one bowl, and no whipping up the whites, etc..)

I would love to have a "healthy made easy" book. One that follows the theme of lots of veggies, portion of protein and starch. Nothing fried. Easy to prepare and some child friendly recipes as well.

Salads Made Easy, featuring one dish meals to elegant (but still accessible) salads. With a minimum of sugar and carb add-ins like crackers or croutons being strictly optional.

Yes, that's what I want too. I like to bake (and eat it LOL embarrassed ), but I don't like to patchka and clean afterwards.

This!
Preferably with treatment of "exotic" grains and with a minimum of difficult-to-check vegetables.

Another vote for Healthy Made Easy.

Recipes that don't include sugar (including sugary sauces), and that include a lot of fiber and other nutrients.

Lots of good suggestions above (Vegetarian, Baking, Healthy, etc.)

I'd like to suggest Slow Cookers Made Easy. With lots of recipes for busy weekdays, as well as cholent alternatives that can handle 18+ hours in a crockpot.

I like the "suppers made easy" or "chicken made easy" suggestions! I'm always looking for new suppers that are practical for busy weekday nights instead of always serving the same meals over and over.
