Is it possible to bake ribs at 225 F? How long would you bake it for? Can the ribs be overdone if baked to long?

At 225 I would bake about 6 hours. I can't imagine them getting overdone at that temperature. The longer you bake it, the softer it gets.... Yum! I usuallly bake on 350 for 3-4 hours.

I watch a lot of Food Network, and according to Bobby Flay, 225-250F would be the sweet spot for baking ribs. I did it a few years ago, using a dry rub and then finishing with BBQ sauce on the grill. Deelish!!!
